Originally constructed in 1924 as a Studebaker dealership and neighboring bakery, “The Studebaker Building” was completely renovated into an award-winning mixed-use property featuring 22,000 square feet of office and retail space. Completed in 2008, this project was a complete gut renovation which ultimately highlighted its original historical features such as soaring ceiling height with exposed trusses, carefully restored heavy timber columns, exposed brick walls, huge windows and a well-appointed courtyard utilized by all tenants. Upon completion of the project, it was designated as a local historical landmark and occupied by a global advertising agency, local physician group and a successful coffee shop.
