Many of the areas we cover had seen significant sub-urban flight over the mid-to-later portion of the 20th Century, however the exact opposite is presently occurring with a massive wave of re-urbanization underway. Gentian has, and will be, at the forefront of these evolving communities focusing on unique, place-making projects.
